1. How does Remote Repair work?
- Basically, we use a high-speed internet connection and a simple applet to establish a connection between our PC and yours. For more details, please visit our How It Works Page.
2. Where are you located?
- Remote Repair is based in Colorado, but we are able to work with customers anywhere in the country as long as you have high-speed internet access.
3. What kinds of problems can you fix?
- Viruses, error messages, slow-running system, etc.
4. What if I can't connect to the internet?
- We may be able to help you over the phone, or provide our Neighborhood PC services, depending on your location and the problem you are experiencing.
5. Can anyone access my computer from the internet?
- Not through Remote Repair's connection! We take your security very seriously and give you the power to grant or deny access to our Technicians. However, we do recommend that you be careful about signing up for other services online that may compromise your PC security.
6. How much does Remote Repair cost?

7. If I purchase a time block - for example, 2 1/2 hours - what happens if I don't use all the time?
- Your unused time will be banked for future use or can be gifted to family or friends.
